A Match Made in Heaven đâ¨
Jewellers Vault may be closed for business for the Christmas break, but there are still so many beautiful stories from the year that deserve to be shared!
This one is a perfect example.
These rings truly are a match made in heaven - just like our gorgeous clients. When it came time to create a wedding ring to sit alongside the engagement ring, the goal wasnât anything flashy or over-the-top. Instead, it was about balance, harmony, and intention.
The result? A handmade wedding ring designed to enhance the engagement ring without overpowering it. Simple, considered, and timeless - it accentuates the engagement ring just so, allowing it to shine while completing the set beautifully.
Itâs always such a privilege to be trusted with pieces that symbolise love, commitment, and a lifetime together. Being part of these moments is what makes what we do so special.
We hope this happy couple had the most magical wedding day and that their rings continue to tell their love story for many years to come. Hereâs to happily ever after â¨

Thatâs a Wrap (Literally) Before Christmas đâ¨
Today marks our final official day of operations at Jewellers Vault before the Christmas break - and what a year itâs been!
If youâre popping in for last-minute gift ideas, youâre in luck. Our showcases are fully stocked with beautiful pieces ready to go home with you today. No waiting, no stress, no âwill it be ready in time?â moments.
But beyond thatâŚ
Donât bother đ
We love you, we truly do â-but we can confidently say that nothing else will be getting made, resized, repaired, remodelled, or magically finished before Christmas. Even if you reallyyyyy want it done. Even if you ask nicely. Even if you promise itâll be quick.
This time of year is about wrapping things up (and unwrapping them), taking a breath, and enjoying some well-earned downtime before the festive chaos fully sets in.
Thank you to everyone who supported us throughout the year - trusted us with sentimental pieces, celebrated milestones with us, and kept our bench busy. Weâll be back after the break refreshed, recharged, and ready to create again.
Until then - happy gifting, happy holidays, and weâll see you in the new year â¨

From Unworn to One-of-a-Kind
Have you ever lost a single earring and been left with its lonely twin?
Broken a chain that just canât be repaired?
Or tucked a ring away in a drawer because itâs no longer your style?
Youâre definitely not alone - and neither was this client.
She came to us with a small pile of gold pieces that once held meaning, but no longer had a place in her everyday jewellery rotation. Each piece had a story, but on their own, they werenât being worn or loved the way they deserved to be.
Her hope? That we could weave a little handmade magic and transform her forgotten gold into something timeless.
Together, we reimagined those unworn pieces and melted them down to create a solid gold bangle - a single, cohesive piece that honoured the past while giving it a brand-new life. No longer hidden in a jewellery box, her gold now lives on as a beautiful, wearable reminder that old doesnât have to mean outdated.
Itâs one of our favourite parts of what we do - turning âwhat ifâ into something youâll reach for every day.
Got a collection of jewellery that deserves a second chance? You might be surprised at what it can become.

Could You Have Prevented Losing That Stone?
Have you ever noticed a missing stone in your jewellery and thought, âHow did that even happen?â
Yep⌠me too.
Sometimes, the honest answer is there was nothing you could have done. Accidents happen, and stones can come loose without warning. But other times, there are subtle signs your jewellery gives you before disaster strikes - you just need to know what to look for.
Here are a few common warning signs that your stone setting might need some TLC:
1. Catchy Claws
If your ring keeps catching on clothing, hair, or fabric, thatâs often a sign that a claw has lifted or shifted out of place. Not only is it annoying - it can also mean your stone isnât being held as securely as it should be.
2. Sharp Edges
Run your finger gently over the surface of your stone. Does it feel sharp or uneven? This can indicate wear in the setting or damage thatâs affecting how the stone sits.
3. A Wobbly or Rattling Stone
If you notice a faint rattle when you move your hand, itâs a big red flag. A stone should sit snugly in its setting - any movement usually means itâs loose and at risk of falling out.
There are plenty of ways to spot when your jewellery might need attention, but the key is knowing what to keep an eye (and finger!) out for. A quick look and feel when you put on your favourite pieces can go a long way in preventing heartbreak later.
Another great preventative measure? Annual jewellery cleaning.
Not only does it bring back that beautiful sparkle, but it also allows for a thorough examination of your settings to make sure there are no obvious signs of wear or loose stones.
A little care now can save a lot of stress later - and keep your treasured pieces safe for years to come.
