What an amazing sentimental story this piece carries.
The tanzanite, a charming shade of deep ocean blue, was specially selected and purchased for my client, by her loving daughter. It was a heartfelt gift, purchased on a trip abroad.
As you can imagine, gazing at the stone, her mind fills with love and memories the mother and daughter share, a lifetime bond unlike any other. Mother and daughter.
The tanzanite, while a prized gift on it’s own has been combined with heirloom family gold and the design completed with 4 diamonds, reserved from an old signet ring.
What a birthday gift. The gift of treasured memories every time you look at your ring, emotions flooding over you, not only of the daughter who gifted you the stunning tanzanite, but also of all the family, here and watching over you from above.
Thank you for your patience, I know I’m behind on all timeframes at the moment. I appreciate the patience of you all as I work tirelessly to keep creating six and seven days a week.
Your continued support is acknowledged and sincerely appreciated.

Oh my 😍
Amidst a sea of gleaming yellow gold, lies the glittering collection of sparkling diamonds.
You may have seen this beauty on Stories last week.
What a stunner!
Almost a carat and a half of sensational diamonds, sprinkled lovingly across the glossy polished surface of a solid gold bangle!
What a fabulous way to use a lifetime collection of jewellery.
Sentimental pieces, treasured memories and simply broken or unworn items, combined, to create a scintillating and dazzling treasure for this lovely client to cherish.
I know you are enjoying wearing this splendid bangle because I saw the look on your face when you opened the box 😍

You know what?
I love my job!
Let’s be honest, I’m not sure I can really call it a job, it’s a passion.
Taking a client’s sentimental, emotionally charged, treasured Jewellery and being trusted to restore, repair or transform it into something new.
I love that the gold I use contains a rich history, full of stories, emotions and memories. It’s more than a job or a passion, most days it feels like a calling/fate. I spent many years, early on in my career, listening to much older Jewellers tell me how it was just gold. I have always disagreed.
It’s not just gold.
It’s sacred. It’s special. It’s sentimental.
Just like this story of this ring.
The client contacted Jewellers Vault because we use your gold. He had two very sentimental bangles, once worn by his Nan. What a treasure, I love thinking about all the memories someone, no longer here with us, created while wearing their treasured Jewellery! Just imagine all the shenanigans they got up to!
Anyway, this client wanted to know if we could create his wedding ring from these bangles. He wanted to know if the ring he promises to love his soul mate forever with, can be created from his Nan’s gold?
Well you know me, and you’ve read this far, so you know it can. Of course, it was far too much gold, so we returned the excess to him, along with the stones, ready for the next project.
Thank you for choosing Jewellers Vault. Thank you for your support, likes, comments, shares, recommendations, everything, thank you.

💙 September 💙
Birthstone of the month: Sapphire
Interesting fact: Did you know that sapphires come in the rainbow of colours? Everything from white/colourless through pinks, oranges, yellows, greens, blues, purples and even black.
Historical fact: back in the Middle Ages, Sapphire symbolized heaven and so was worn by the clergy. However, Kings and Queens also wore blue sapphire in order to attract wealth and for protection.
Sapphire was also believed to dispel evil thoughts and bring peace and amiability to its wearer, while warding off illness and overcoming poisons.
Do you have a friend born in September? Tag them and let’s all wish the September babies out there a Happy Birthday Month!
In the theme of September Sapphires, feast your eyes upon this recent commission.
The client had the green sapphire ring and a pair of diamond studs, she didn’t really wear.
She has been drooling over organic looking jewellery of late. She fell in love with the roughness of the hammered finish and decided that it would go perfectly on her new ring.
Together we went through a series of design options and settled upon a rough and rugged look.
Her vibrant green sapphire sitting atop the organic hammered band nestled beside her very own treasured diamonds.
