Over the years, this client has trusted Jewellers Vault to create several beautiful pieces of jewellery. It's no surprise that when she was ready to hit "go" on her next artistic project, she waltzed right back through our door.

She had a few pieces she never wore anymore: two rings and a pair of earrings. Although the pieces held great sentimental value, she found herself wearing white gold, not yellow anymore, so these pieces were left in her jewellery box for far too long. Given she wasn't wearing them anyway, and had some loose sapphires lying around, she wondered if we could create a special ring for her, combining the unworn pieces and the beautiful sapphires.

We set about playing with different designs and layouts and finally settled upon the perfect one. Voilà, here it is! And while we created the ring from her yellow gold, we were able to rhodium plate it so it looks white! Rhodium plating can be redone as it wears off over time, leaving this client with peace of mind that her precious gold will be safe on her finger forever.

A bride-to-be contacted Jewellers Vault before her upcoming wedding. She had found the perfect wedding ring, but wanted to alter her engagement ring to suit both her wedding ring and her style. While she adored the sapphire in her ring, rose gold just wasn't her jam and the bezel really did nothing to showcase the beautiful sapphire.

So she set about collecting herself and her future husband a little pile of gold to reuse. From sentimental pieces to broken clasps, it's all there.

She wanted to create for herself a simple and elegant 4-claw setting on a pinched band and a lovely strong plain gold band for her future husband.

The new design beautifully highlights the sapphire, making it the star of the show, while the strong gold band for her husband symbolizes their enduring love and commitment.
